“Shut up. Just hand over the coffee.”

Tae Seong quietly closed his mouth.

Today was the same again. He quietly set down Seo In’s coffee with that menacing face.

Even so, Seo In’s eyes went only to his lower body. I must be crazy. You must really be crazy, Hong Seo In.

Then his fellow TA came into the TA office.

“TA Hong, the professor earlier-.”

He stopped mid-sentence.

Cha Tae Seong perched on the sofa, the coffee on the desk, Hong Seo In receiving it. And the oddly settled air.

His fellow TA raised an eyebrow.

“Wow. It’s the rumor, live.”

Seo In’s face crumpled at once.

“Why are you doing this too?”

“No, a post about you two went up on the school community. Everyone knows except you.”

Seo In’s hand stopped.

“What?”

His fellow TA held out his phone. The title alone was a sight.

[Live] PE wolf taming the statistics department’s white-rabbit TA?

He’s stuck to him in front of the central library again; if they’re not dating, does that make sense? The wolf’s about to eat the rabbit.

Seo In pressed his brow.

There was even a photo. It was blurry, but it was clearly him and Cha Tae Seong. Himself climbing the library steps, and behind him, the huge shadow following two steps back. The guy who’d hidden his shoulders behind the cafeteria pillar. The black cap that had waited on the bench outside the TA office door.

“Wow, shit…….”

His fellow TA swallowed a laugh.

“The comments are no joke either. ‘TA Hong finally scooped up a big dog,’ ‘is that size difference real’ and all that.”

Beside him, Cha Tae Seong glanced at the phone screen, then said very slowly.

“The photo came out well.”

Seo In whipped his head around.

“……What?”

“No, I mean.”

Tae Seong scratched the back of his head for no reason.

“You came out pretty. I came out a bit scary.”

“Have you no shame? The whole student body is judging us right now.”

Tae Seong thought for a moment, then answered.

“There’s nothing to be ashamed of about things involving you. It’s not like anyone’s cursing you.”

“I do have something to be ashamed of, you know? My quiet school life is all ruined.”

“Why? Do you hate it that much, having people see me follow you around?”

Seo In narrowed his eyes.

“What did you just say?”

Cha Tae Seong spoke without avoiding his gaze. There was strength in his voice.

“I don’t want to hide being with you. If people ask if we’re dating, I want to say I want to be. If they ask if I follow you around, I want to say it’s because I’m crazy about you.”

At that one line, the TA office went quiet for a moment. His fellow TA also closed his mouth, sensing it wasn’t the mood for jokes.

A fierce gaze, the tattoos on his forearms, and the confession that huge body let out were overly heavy and honest. Seo In set his pen down on the desk with a clack.

“I want to hide it.”

Tae Seong’s face hardened just a little. Seo In, seeing it, still didn’t change his words. He was like that more because he knew the end of this thing.

He had to enjoy it lightly and end it, but Cha Tae Seong kept trying to drag Seo In somewhere heavy.

“For you, it’s over when you take a leave or graduate, but this is my workplace. So at least at school, don’t make yourself so obvious. You understand?”

Silence flowed for a few seconds. Cha Tae Seong nodded very slowly.

“Understood.”

It was strange that he was so compliant. Normally he’d have pushed back once more.

But the problem was that the guy’s “understood” usually didn’t last long. Because Cha Tae Seong’s eyes were still fixed stubbornly somewhere around Seo In’s nape.

In fact, that afternoon, on the way to the library, a black hoodie could be seen again following two steps behind Seo In’s reflection in the hallway window.

After that, while he was standing in line at the cafeteria, a big shoulder jutted out from behind a pillar again.

Coming down the stairs after class, he saw eyes light up as their owner, who’d been waiting on the floor below, raised his head with a “Senior!”

‘I’m going to lose my mind.’

Seo In cursed inwardly. He’d told him to hide, and hiding more suspiciously was another thing. He’d told him not to be obvious, and now he stuck like some shadow. But that shadow was too big to be hidden.

That evening, his fellow TA returned to the TA office and set down a report as if tossing it, saying.

“TA Hong.”

“What.”

“That PE kid of yours, half the school’s saying he followed you around again today.”
