Transmigrated as the Side Top used as an Emotional Trash Can - Chapter 64.1
“Jayoon-ah, did you really steal it?”
I pushed through the kids and asked Kwon Jayoon.
To find the answer to whether this novel truly couldn’t be changed.
“Fuck off! Just do what you always do and go get a teacher, Baek Hanrim!”
Kwon Jayoon openly showed his hostility toward me.
He himself had probably completely forgotten his past as the brutal slaughterer from the Mafia game, but I knew that those eyes were the same as they had been back then.
“You can’t reason with him. Don’t bother trying to talk to him.”
“Hey, just go get a teacher-. He’s being such a fucking asshole-.”
“Ah, my stomach hurts-. Dumbass is trying so fucking hard to act tough-.”
Kwon Jayoon was taking the full force of their raw hatred and mockery.
Some of them were even taking videos and photos and broadcasting it live on social media.
“What the fuck are you laughing at!”
Shove!
Kwon Jayoon, who had even given up trying to defend himself, noisily shoved the shoulder of one of the kids mocking him. The other boy was obviously smaller than the boy twice his size standing before him. He seemed like the type who stopped seeing reason once he was emotionally cornered.
“Ha…… You hit me?”
Shove!
“Ah…!”
The kid whose shoulder had been shoved went stone-faced and shoved Kwon Jayoon’s shoulder in exactly the same way. It was only the same body part that had been shoved. The difference in their builds was overwhelming, so Kwon Jayoon staggered as though he were about to fall over.
“I was just standing here and you fucking hit me, you fucker.”
Grab!
“Ugh….”
Bang!
Apparently shoving him wasn’t enough to vent his anger, because the boy grabbed Kwon Jayoon by the back of the neck, slammed him face-first onto a desk, and mercilessly slapped him across the face.
The sharp smacks sounded like a whip, making it look as though he were training disobedient livestock.
“Ah, that bastard has anger issues, and of all people….”
Fights between high school boys usually went something like this.
It wasn’t that Kwon Jayoon had shoved him really hard and the boy had attacked because it hurt too much and felt unfair. It was more like, you picked the perfect time to mess with me.
“Anger issues, my ass. He wouldn’t do that if the other guy were in a higher weight class than him. That bastard’s an idiot too. Dumbass battle-.”
“Really? I love you, I like you.”
Daily Quest: Say ‘I like you’ (10/10)
A reward will be granted.
Random Reward
Even in the middle of all that, I diligently completed the Daily Quest. Separating the situation happening in reality from my own circumstances was easy enough.
Pop!
“Huh…?”
A black cloud billowed ominously over my hand with a pop, sending chills down my spine. If I remembered correctly, this was….
“This is bad.”
It was that very thing that had left me with faint memories of mango shaved ice, the ‘creepypasta.’
“Thieves like that should all die.”
For an instant, a dramatically intoned voice rang out with unnatural clarity.
“Is he not deserving of punishment?”
“Do you all concur?”
The words came out as though a programmed script were being executed in sequence.
The roughly thirty kids all tilted their heads sideways with a sickening crack and smiled. Then they raised one open palm toward the ceiling in a gesture of agreement.
“Very well.”
Creepypasta Fragment (Neck) 02:59:57
Click!
The classroom suddenly went dark, and like a stage play, a single intense spotlight flashed on with a thunk! over Kwon Jayoon’s head as his face was crushed against the desk with the back of his neck pinned down.
“Guillotine.”
“Guillotine.”
“Guillotine.”
At some point, all smiles had vanished from the kids’ faces. With blank expressions and grave voices, they chanted guillotine in unison.
“The sinner shall be permitted one final confession.”
The boy who had been disciplining Kwon Jayoon with whip-like slaps now held a rough, vicious-looking axe stained with dark red blood. Like the others, his head was twisted at an unnatural angle, his face blank and his tone solemn.
“For the sake of your soul.”
Another kid stepped forward mechanically with his hands politely folded over his stomach and spoke.
“Your final time to pray in this world.”
Another stepped forward alongside him, reverently extending both hands into the air as he spoke.
“Have you a confession to leave before God?”
“Have you a confession to leave before God?”
“Have you a confession to leave before God?”
The many kids watching from around the classroom spoke together as though reading from a script.
“W-What the fuck! You crazy bastards! What’s wrong with you?!”
Kwon Jayoon still seemed to have his rationality and acted normally, but within this artificial situation, he looked like the only person awkwardly sticking out.
“Stop fucking around! Why are you doing this to me?!”
“Is that the final punctuation of your remorse.”
“…What?”
“May your final repentance reach the heavens.”
Apparently taking his struggling as his last words, the executioner raised his arm high as though there were nothing more to hear….
“You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me…!”
And swung the gleaming blade in an arc toward the sinner’s neck.
