He said his name earlier too, but the man was really heartless.
He cut off his thoughts midway, but Cha Jeongwon’s expression was far from ordinary.
He remembered calling him a crazy bastard earlier. Considering how those words had struck his ears sharply even though he hadn’t shouted, it seemed like there was no need to unnecessarily rub him the wrong way right now.
“…But you can call me ‘you’. Since I’m your junior.”
Cha Jeongwon’s brow furrowed slowly.
“You…”
Right, call me ‘you’ as much as you want. Instead, don’t remember my name forever either.
“Yoon Haon.”
He called it right after he wished he wouldn’t remember it. It was truly an admission that they were a terrible match.
“Are you an Omega?”
Could the reason he came back be to ask about his dynamic?
Haon pondered for a moment before throwing it right back at him.
“You’re an Alpha, Senior.”
Now, not knowing what Cha Jeongwon would say, he waited, but…
“So, is it you? The Omega charm sent to hit on me this year?”
It returned as words that were completely out of his mind.
“Mother really has no sincerity this year.”
Haon could not understand what Cha Jeongwon was muttering at all.
“I thought she would prepare more thoroughly this year. Did she think a kid like this who is preparing for graduation together would actually work?”
Haon’s eyebrows twitched as he had been completely bewildered, unable to make sense of things.
Only now did he catch on to what he was saying.
An unfortunate human born into a wealthy artistic family. The picture was already crystal clear here.
His family had tried everything for Cha Jeongwon’s sake. One of those things was an Omega charm.
A charm to ward off his bad luck.
Naturally, Cha Jeongwon hated such coercion from his family, and because of that, he had experienced various accidents.
But why was he attaching that label to him?
“Hold on a moment.”
Haon turned away from Cha Jeongwon. Looking at his face made him feel like he was going to burst with anger.
After taking three deep breaths, he turned back around to face Cha Jeongwon. He then forced the corners of his mouth to lift.
“I’m sorry, but you were the one who crashed into me first, Senior.”
Because of you, I ended up here.
Taking the opportunity, he pointed a finger directly at the structure that had fallen a moment ago as if to show him.
“Even here, you were the one who almost got hurt, Senior, not me. I was trying to save you. Since the topic came up, I don’t know why dynamics are being brought up right now. Honestly, isn’t physical build more important than dynamics here?”
Haon scanned Cha Jeongwon’s broad shoulders with a dissatisfied gaze.
“I’m the one who almost died getting crushed by a senior with an insanely good physical build. You know this impact is equivalent to a decent car accident, right?”
Once he started arguing, he couldn’t control his own mouth. Even so, when Cha Jeongwon said nothing, more strength gradually entered his voice.
“You realize this could have been a serious issue, right?”
Even though he pressed him to answer instead of just staring like a person without a mouth, Cha Jeongwon remained silent.
What was this, was he setting the stage for him to keep talking? Whatever it was, Haon had no intention of holding back.
“It’s uncomfortable to say this with my own mouth, but I was just lucky; if it were anyone else, they might have broken something.”

Haon felt a bit proud. However, Cha Jeongwon seemed to not understand at all.
“Lucky?”
At his solitary remark, Haon quickly retorted.
“Of course. Getting crushed by a senior as big as a house, you should say it’s a relief that I didn’t get hurt…”
His speaking voice gradually trailed off. He remembered who Cha Jeongwon was.
Was there anyone else as unlucky as that man?
Since he boasted about being lucky in front of such a person, he had no right to complain even if the man felt offended.
Haon quickly shut his mouth tight.
An awkward and uncomfortable silence hung over the hospital lobby.
Perhaps because of the collapsed structure, the surroundings were noisy. That made the silence between the two stand out even more.
“Right. If you’re lucky, there’s no reason for us to meet in the future.”
A sense of self-loathing lingered in Cha Jeongwon’s voice. It was a tone suggesting he would no longer get entangled with an unfortunate person like himself.
Haon’s heart grew heavy.
“Lucky junior. It would be better if you don’t approach me.”
Cha Jeongwon spoke decisively and then walked back down the path he had come from.
