At the time, I could not really say much to the members, but the reason I said thank you was not just because the bracelet was pretty. It was because everyone remembered what I suggested on the street, and because when someone said, “Myeong-hyeon said he wanted to do it, so let’s do it together,” everyone matched them together without a word.
That really made my heart clench. To be honest, bracelets are the kind of thing that boys might find annoying to wear. They can get uncomfortable when you sweat, and with busy schedules, it is easy to lose them. Even so, everyone naturally said, “Sure, let’s do it,” and without making a big deal of it, they spent time, money, and care for my sake. That is something I am truly grateful for. It is the kind of gratitude that is hard to explain in words.
I am not good at talking about things like this. I am bad at expressing emotions, and whenever moments like this come, my mouth stiffens first, and when the guys say something, I usually just laugh it off. Still, I felt like I had to say it somewhere, so I am leaving it here. Thank you so much, my members. Thanks to being with you all, I am happy every single day. Standing on stage together, sweating together, even these small things, though they are not small at all, become meaningful because I do them with you.
And… Jae-heon. I really want to say thank you to you too. I will receive it gratefully.
