A moment later, a fast-tempo song flowed into my ears. I lightly nodded along to the beat and fixed my previously turned-away gaze toward Baek Jae-heon. As if he had been watching me the whole time, Baek Jae-heon met my eyes right away.

Then the game began. Baek Jae-heon looked at the topic written behind me, then slowly shaped his lips.

‘You.’

The mouth shape was clear. You?

‘You.’

The moment I saw that short word, my mind went blank for a second. Me? What was I supposed to do with that?

When I asked again, Baek Jae-heon nodded.

I forgot for a moment that we were barely speaking and instinctively focused on the game. An animal related to me. Me? If there was an animal similar to me, something with big ears and round eyes?

Baek Jae-heon laughed. The PD gave the correct-answer sign.

The PD raised his hand immediately. Correct. The second one was right too. I was starting to get excited.

But the problem was the next one.

‘Yes.’

With Baek Jae-heon nodding so confidently, I tried to think hard about what other animal he might associate with me. But no matter how I thought about it, it was only the rabbit. Has the trend among fans changed?

I tilted my head and pointed at myself to ask again if he really meant me, and he nodded without the slightest hesitation. So I started blurting out anything.

“Panda.”

“Deer?”

He nodded. Seriously, what was it that kept making him say it was me?
