Life had already been annoying and tiresome, and while he was attending university, he even awakened as a healer. He immediately had to submit a leave of absence and receive basic hunter training.

But heaven truly had no mercy. Da‑sol became an A‑rank healer with pure, high‑quality mana. At first he did not know what that meant, but once he entered real combat and saw dozens of cocks springing upright before his eyes, he understood.

‘I am fucked, seriously.’

After that, his days were hell. The escort hunters who were required to stick to a healer, regardless of whether they were men or women, all fell for Da‑sol, and among the men, there were even bastards who attempted sexual assault. Da‑sol spent more and more time at the gym, and the number of martial arts he learned increased.

His hatred of men also began after becoming a hunter. The human hatred that had grown since he was young transformed completely into hatred toward men. When it was bad, just seeing a man made nausea rise up and he would vomit everything he had eaten.

It got a little better only after joining the Suryeon Guild, getting close with Soo‑hyeok who used to be a tank, and later after Jeong‑eon joined. Thanks to that, he realized that not all men were trash. About two point five out of a hundred, maybe. Even Hye‑ro, the guild master whose face offended him just by looking at him, became slightly tolerable after starting to date Jeong‑eon.

The new team member who joined after Soo‑hyeok left, Jae‑gyeong, was surprisingly not bad. At first it was annoying that the guy stared at him blankly, but his consideration for his former teammate, his manners, and his timid personality were all fairly decent. Even when he got drunk at a company dinner and clung to Da‑sol while crying, Da‑sol had not felt very angry. The man basically seemed like a good person.

‘But even that bastard got an erection.’

Da‑sol sipped the iced Americano he bought from the guild café and walked home.

Of course he could get an erection. For a physically healthy man, it was a normal reaction. Except for Hye‑ro, all the men in Suryeon Guild’s First Team had gotten hard because of Da‑sol’s healing at least once. Soo‑hyeok, Jeong‑eon, all of them had been immensely embarrassed. Da‑sol’s expression had rotted back then too, but he had not cursed like today.

‘Maybe I overreacted.’

He was disappointed because he saw Jae‑gyeong too favorably. But the idea that he, of all people, would see a man favorably… Did that make any sense? Da‑sol cracked his neck and let out a hollow laugh.

His home was not far from the guild. Easily entering the heavily guarded apartment complex, he wiped off the sweat and released his mana at the communal entrance. The door opened automatically and the elevator opened at once as if welcoming him.

This was “Huntrion”, an apartment exclusively for awakened people, where only a small number of wealthy hunters could live. The entire complex consisted of only two buildings, and each building housed forty units. One of them belonged to Da‑sol.

There were residences for team members inside the guild as well, and the First Team could choose to live in the official housing, but Da‑sol never wanted to feel connected to the guild outside of work.

To him, a guild was simply a workplace, and dungeon raids were merely tasks. Hunters, admired by non‑awakened people as those who used supernatural abilities with a sense of duty for world peace, had nothing to do with him.

His goal was just to work the minimum and earn the maximum, talk to coworkers only about work, and maintain work–life balance. If he added something more, it would be to avoid getting close to anyone in the guild. Though that plan had already failed because he had grown a bit closer to his teammates.

Back home, Da‑sol set down the coffee cup containing only ice and took off his sweat‑soaked combat uniform. After taking off his damp underwear as well, his well‑trained body was revealed. Not a trace of fat and his muscles were firm and solid.

He looked at his reflection in the bathroom mirror and thought. If he walked around completely naked, maybe he would get fewer annoying confessions. And last year he had grown two more centimeters, finally breaking into the one seventies. Even in his mid‑twenties, he was still getting taller, which was hopeful.

‘I need to get really strong. Strong enough to beat to death every bastard who confesses or gets hard.’

Grinding his teeth, Da‑sol stepped into the shower booth. Jae‑gyeong’s flushed face from earlier was still vividly stuck in his mind.
