Seo Da-sol placed his hand on Jeong Jae-gyeong’s back with a somewhat annoyed expression. Warm and pleasant mana soon spread over Jae-gyeong’s back as if gently caressing him.

“Wa, ugh….”

Jae-gyeong let out a sound like a man stepping into a hot bath without realizing it. Jin Jeong-eon, who had been wearing a constantly worried expression beside him, chuckled. Jae-gyeong’s face turned bright red.

“I-I’m sorry… It feels too good, no, I mean it’s just… the feeling of being healed… I’m sorry….”

Jae-gyeong simply shut his mouth, knowing any explanation would sound awkward. Da-sol did not respond, but Jeong-eon spoke for him, probably to ease Jae-gyeong’s embarrassment.

“We are all hunters, so surely we understand that feeling. You do not need to explain. I just laughed because Jae-gyeong is cute.”

“Cute… Ah… y-yes….”

It was the first time since childhood that Jae-gyeong had heard someone call him cute. He thought there could not be a more mismatched description for himself, so he lowered his head and bit his lips, worried that another strange sound might escape.

Focusing on keeping silent, he could better feel Da-sol’s mana circulating through his body via his back. Da-sol had said all he needed to do was fill Jae-gyeong’s mana, but he felt his wounds slowly closing and the pain fading. The sensation was so overwhelming that his lower body began to respond again.

“Ugh… Hngh….”

Jae-gyeong quickly clamped his hands over his mouth with enough force to turn his face pale. Just biting his lips would not have been enough to endure the feeling.

Jeong-eon, who was looking down at Jae-gyeong, suddenly stiffened as if he had realized something.

“…So it’s not just about filling the mana.”

Jae-gyeong could not even respond properly. The strength of the healing gradually increased, loosening the tension in his muscles while mana circulated rapidly through his body.

Jeong-eon was not speaking to Jae-gyeong directly. He was observing Da-sol. Da-sol, with an angry expression, was almost aggressively pouring healing onto Jae-gyeong.

“He is in bad shape. Even if we just fill his mana, he would collapse from blood loss and pain.”

It was fortunate that Jae-gyeong had turned his head away. If he had seen the fearsome look in Da-sol’s eyes, he might have shed a tear.

“Damn it, does he see the healer as just water? Filling the mana alone? What a lie. The smell of blood is overwhelming.”

“It’s probably because of the third skill.”

“This just shows he does not trust the healer’s abilities.”

Even though Jae-gyeong was right in front of them, Jeong-eon and Da-sol argued lightly over Jae-gyeong’s situation. Both knew he could not hear them right now, and Da-sol was not paying attention to Jae-gyeong anyway.

“Da-sol, does Jae-gyeong really distrust you as a healer so much that he takes other team members’ pain and now says all we need to do is fill his mana?”

Jeong-eon asked calmly. Da-sol slightly reduced the intensity of his healing. For a moment, he said nothing.

In truth, Da-sol knew. Jae-gyeong had repeatedly made mistakes toward him and, whether by thought or action, had been carefully watching Da-sol’s reactions.

Before Jae-gyeong joined, Su-hyeok, the original tank, had drawn aggro from monsters at the front, collided with them, and even deliberately emitted the smell of blood. Other hunters handled the rushing monsters together, while Su-hyeok quickly received healing from Da-sol. Coordinating timing precisely was essential.

However, during this dungeon raid, Jae-gyeong had not once come to receive healing from Da-sol. He only received small amounts when Da-sol used his wide-area healing skill.

There were several possible reasons. As Da-sol said, it could be that Jae-gyeong did not want to rely on him. Or it could be out of guilt toward Da-sol. Or perhaps he did not want to become a burden.

Even Da-sol, who often acted as if others’ thoughts did not matter, knew that Jae-gyeong was not ignoring him intentionally.

“In the end, it is my problem then.”

Da-sol said shortly. Jeong-eon shook his head firmly.

“This is the problem between Da-sol and Jae-gyeong. You two need to strengthen your teamwork. Even if the emergency gate had not opened, Hyeon Hee-ro would have addressed this separately.”

“…What do you mean?”

Da-sol asked uneasily.

“Of course, it is a training camp to strengthen your teamwork.”

Jeong-eon replied as if Da-sol had asked something obvious. Da-sol’s pretty face turned pale.

“You mean a training camp, even though we are not children…!”

“We are not children. Dungeon raids are not a joke either. If the two of you continue to act so casually toward each other, then eventually…”
