Cielo’s eyes widened. His pounding heart showed just how terrified he was.

The man grinned, baring his teeth.

His vile desires and corrupt intent were plastered all over his face.

Terror filled Cielo’s heart.

“I heard those two Alpha bastards from your family tried to make you theirs. Let’s see if my Omega’s ever been tainted by another man.”

A large hand pressed against Cielo’s’ half-hardened lower region.

He screamed like a seizure had overtaken him and twisted his body wildly.

In that frenzy, his hand struck the man’s cheek.

SLAP!

With a loud sound, the man’s head jerked to the side and fury burned in his gray eyes.

“…You dare raise your hand to the Crown Prince’s face?”

The man’s eyes bulged as he grabbed Cielo by the collar and hurled him into a wall with terrifying force.

Memories surged back like a tidal wave, making his stomach churn.

The nausea climbed so high that Cielo clamped his hand over his mouth and doubled over.

The man in front of him was utterly repulsive.

And underlying it all was a smoldering fury.

But the emotion wasn’t Eunwoo’s.

It belonged to this body’s owner, Cielo.

“…M-Master!”

Oscar rushed to his side and caught his staggering arm.

When the nausea subsided a bit and he slowly lifted his head, Cielo finally realized who the man was.

He was the one from the vision.

Crown Prince Eli.

“Don’t play hard to get twice, Cielo.”

Eli stepped in and grabbed Cielo’s chin, lifting it to meet his eyes. With a serpentine smile, he said:

“I let you off easy since it was your first time. But pull the same stunt again, and I’ll snap your neck.”

“…”

“Even coyness has its limits, you know.”

With that, Eli released a burst of pheromones over Cielo’s head.

The Alpha’s scent wrapped around his entire body, clinging to him like grime.

Once more, Cielo gagged.

“Ugh…!”

The novel said Alphas smelled fragrant.

But Eli’s scent was nothing like that. It was filthy, revolting—so awful he wanted to flee.

“An Omega who finds Alpha pheromones disgusting, huh…”

“…”

“Breaking you in will be fun. If you don’t want to suffer, you’d better adapt quickly to my scent, Cielo.”

“…”

“You can’t very well puke while we’re having sex, can you?”

Eli sneered and walked past Cielo.

His legs gave out, and he trembled.

The lingering memory—and the filth smeared on his body—was nauseating.

‘Why…? Why is this happening…’

There had been no such character as Eli in the novel he read.

Was he another victim of Cielo’s past misdeeds, exacting revenge through mockery and pheromones?

No… The memories that surfaced were all of Cielo being the victim.

Overcome by confusion and revulsion, he slumped to the ground and dry-heaved.

Oscar came over and held out both hands before him—as if to say, “Spit it out here.”

“…O-Oscar.”

Cielo saw the anxiety in Oscar’s eyes.

He knew he had to be careful with Oscar, yet his body moved on its own.

Cielo pulled Oscar into a hug and buried his face in the boy’s neck, inhaling deeply.

Oscar, warm and small in his arms, had a scent that brought peace to his soul.

Not only that—it felt like Oscar’s clean, fresh scent was washing away Eli’s filthy pheromones.

“Just for a moment… Let me stay like this…”

Maybe if he stayed like this a little longer, he’d be okay.

Even as he bit his lip and shut his eyes, the serpent-like gray eyes were burned into his memory.

“…”

Oscar’s face changed as he looked at the trembling Cielo—part confused, part concerned.

But he didn’t push Cielo away.

Instead, he gently patted his back.

“…Are you scared, Master?”

The question escaped Oscar before he realized.

The way Cielo curled in on himself looked just like how Oscar had been not long ago.

“I’m fine.”

“…”

“I’m not scared.”

Though he tried to sound strong, his voice trembled badly.

Saying he was okay yet not lifting his head…

Trying to scrub off the pheromones while holding himself…

‘So Master can be scared too…’

Still wrapped in Cielo’s arms, Oscar blinked his big eyes.

Then, over Cielo’s shoulder, he noticed a strange, swirling ash-colored aura.

It was definitely from Eli.

His pheromones clung tenaciously to Cielo, refusing to let go.

‘Is this the cause…?’

Blinking slowly, Oscar reached out and swatted at it.

The writhing aura vanished the moment his hand touched it, without putting up any resistance.
