Becoming the Terminally-Ill Villain Who Torments His Disciples - Chapter 77.1
“…Cielo, Cielo!”
A loud voice struck his ears.
“Please, open your eyes!”
Had something gone terribly wrong?
As he twisted his body in response to the voice thick with moisture, he heard someone around him gasp.
“Cielo?”
A large hand slipped between Cielo’s fingers.
Feeling the warmth, Cielo, who had been holding his breath, let out a pained exhale and slowly opened his eyes.
“Ah…!”
At the same time, a short gasp escaped from both Oscar and Ryan.
Cielo blinked in silence, unable to speak, and tears fell thick and fast from the eyes of both men.
“You’re alive… You’re really alive…”
Oscar, murmuring with a choked voice, held Cielo’s hand tightly and pressed it to his face. Every word and action he made conveyed just how much he had suffered until now.
When Cielo moved his fingers to gently caress Oscar’s cheek, Oscar kissed each part of Cielo’s hand.
“…Cielo.”
Ryan’s voice came from the other side.
He, too, looked at Cielo with a tear-streaked face, clearly worn from emotional exhaustion.
“Both of you… your faces are a mess.”
Cielo reached out and wiped the tears streaming down Ryan’s face.
For a long while, the three of them simply looked at one another without saying much. Overwhelmed with emotion, they laughed and cried over and over again just from seeing each other’s faces.
After staring at them for some time, Cielo opened his arms wide.
“Please hold me.”
Right now, he just wanted to be embraced by their arms, to soak in their warmth.
That was all he wanted in that moment.

They said Cielo had been sick for a full week. During that time, Oscar and Ryan hadn’t slept a wink and stayed by his side.
And they weren’t the only ones who had helped him. Damon and Sol had fought hard to keep the monsters that stormed the Doberman estate at bay.
“Your heart had stopped once. I was sure you were gone… but then you started breathing again.”
Murmuring as if it were a miracle, Damon soon left, saying he needed some rest.
And now that Cielo was no longer feverish, Ryan and Oscar lay down beside him.
“Just going to close my eyes for a bit… If anything hurts, wake me, okay?”
“Me too, just a bit… Don’t go anywhere. I’ll wake up real soon, I promise…”
Their murmured voices gradually faded into murmurs of sleep.
“They must be exhausted…”
They hadn’t slept in a week. Cielo gently smiled as he stroked both of their heads.
As he softly combed through their hair, Ryan wrapped his arms around Cielo’s waist, and Oscar hugged his arm, both falling into a deep sleep.
“…”
Sandwiched between them, Cielo quietly looked at their faces.
The black hair falling across their cheeks was darker than pitch, and their blemish-free skin looked even whiter and paler than his own.
But underneath, their features were sharply defined, like sculpted marble. Even just looking at them made him want to keep staring.
After gazing at Oscar for a while, Cielo turned his head and looked at Ryan lying on the other side.
Hair as red as a blazing sun. The lips pressed tightly together gave him a slightly colder impression than usual when he looked at Cielo.
A high, straight nose, plump lips, and long lashes that instantly drew the eye of anyone who saw him.
So he’s what they call the top bachelor…
Unlike Oscar, who was cold to everyone but Cielo, Ryan was generally kind to others.
Because of that, many people wanted to get close to him, and quite a few approached more than necessary.
“There’s no point showing interest in me, you know? I’m going to marry Cielo.”
Cielo could clearly hear Ryan’s voice saying what had become a familiar refrain.
“I like you.”
Cielo, lifting himself slightly, kissed both Ryan and Oscar on the bridge of their noses.
Oscar wrinkled his nose at the sudden warmth, while Ryan smiled in contentment.
Seeing their very different reactions, Cielo couldn’t help but let out a quiet giggle. Just as he had received their love and feelings all this time, now he wanted to openly return his own.
