It was a fan signing event held in Japan, but strangely enough, almost everyone who got in turned out to be Korean fans.
“How did you come here…? Do you live in Japan?”
“No, I live in Korea…”

I was so curious that I kept asking the first few fans, but everyone either avoided answering or gave me a look that said, “Please don’t ask.” In the end, I just nodded and moved on.
And unlike the last time, when most questions were about me, this time almost every question was about Baek Jae-heon. I figured it might be because our so-called “bromance” had become a hot topic among fans, but still, some questions made me think, “Why would anyone want to know that?”
“Myeong-hyeon, you share a room with Jae-heon, right?”
“Yes.”
“Do you know if he has any sleep habits?”
“Sleep habits? Baek Jae-heon’s sleep habits?”
Why were they asking me that? Well, I supposed since he wouldn’t know about his own, it made sense to ask his roommate.
“Uh… I don’t think he has any. He just sleeps quietly.”

A “bad personality” question, huh. I had no idea why someone would want to hear that. Wouldn’t hearing only good stories be enough? Still, it wasn’t a hard question, so I just mentioned the first thing that came to mind. The fan’s eyes sparkled for a moment, which was… a little unnerving. Maybe they liked the “bad boy” type? The question started feeling even stranger.
But then, the fan sitting right beside her—who was talking to Joo I-rip—was asking completely normal questions. That made me wonder even more. I ended up eavesdropping when it was Jae-heon’s turn, curious about what his next question would be. And the fan asked, “When do you find Myeong-hyeon cute?”
…And suddenly, I was dying to know the answer.
Even while signing for the fan in front of me, I tilted my ear slightly toward Jae-heon’s table. But unfortunately, Joo I-rip next to him was being so noisy that I couldn’t catch a thing. To make matters worse, the fan in front of me immediately started another question, pulling my focus away.
In the end, I couldn’t hear it. So as soon as the fansign ended and I got back to my hotel room, I started searching for fancams from today’s event.

“No.”
“Okay. I’ll go eat with I-rip.”
“Have fun.”
My roommate in Japan was Go Hee-min. I didn’t want to share a room with Baek Jae-heon here, too. Being around him didn’t feel like resting at all.
“Should I take the key card?”
“Yeah. I’ll stay here.”
After waving off Hee-min, who was heading out with Joo I-rip, I put on my wireless earphones and started looking for every fancam that featured Baek Jae-heon.
“Is it this one? Oh, this is it.”
And sure enough, the moment I’d been looking for was captured on camera.
‘Jae-heon, when do you think Myeong-hyeon is cute?’
At the fan’s question, Baek Jae-heon didn’t even pause his signing hand or frown. If it were me, I would’ve instantly made a face and said, “What kind of question is that?”
